　　研究方向：水产生态养殖与病害防控

　　研究内容：水产抗菌材料开发及抗生素替代技术，鱼类环境适应及养殖模式优化技术、水产动物优良性状精准鉴定及繁育技术。研究对象涉及鲑鳟鱼、绿鳍马面鲀、鲟鱼、刺参、大菱鲆等。

　　主要成果：围绕海水鱼育种及健康养殖，研究虹鳟、鲟鱼、绿鳍马面鲀应对盐度、温度等环境胁迫的响应机制，筛选和鉴定适于深远海养殖的鱼类品系，建立陆海接力养殖模式。研究参-虾/蟹、参-鱼池塘养殖模式及其生态效应。构建了水产益生菌资源库，开发活性产物抗菌材料和免疫增强剂，形成鲑鳟鱼、刺参、大菱鲆“替抗”养殖技术。主持和参与各类科研项目40余项，发表SCI收录论文50余篇，授权发明专利10项。为山东省现代农业体系岗位专家（海水鱼育种岗）、山东省优秀研究生导师、国家级科技小院首席专家。兼任中国海洋湖沼学会养殖生态学分会理事、中国生态学会微生物生态专业委员会委员、山东省海洋发展研究会理事、青岛市生物工程学会副秘书长、青岛西海岸种业协会专家顾问等。指导研究生获得山东省优秀毕业论文、山东省研究生优秀成果奖一等奖、山东省优秀毕业生、全国“渔精英”挑战赛二三等奖等。
